My name is Emmie Smith, I'm an 19 year-old self-taught illustrative artist, and I've been interested in art, specifically traditional mediums, for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a child, I've been creating unique characters and pushing my own boundaries with portraiture, entering several art competitions in primary school, to completing my art a-level course in secondary.

I do a games art course at Leeds Beckett University and my dream career would either be a concept artist or character designer in the video game field, as I believe minority groups are severely underrepresented in video games, which is something I would like to challenge with my artwork and ideas.
